- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From the initial appointment scheduling (took me 4 weeks to see him for a new fracture), to the administration (took 3 of the administrative personnel over 30 minutes to take my info, after which they billed the wrong group), to the patient care (on site dx and tx provided w/o physical exam of the joint or follow up x-ray-leading to further complications in the effected arm), to follow up care (not allowed to transfer to any other doctor in the practice, even after repeated requests) and final billing (billed for apx 30 minutes when the doctor didn't spend over 10 with me, which ended up to be twice as much as the billing by HFH for exceptional follow up sports medicine care I received after I transferred there) the experience provided by OSA simply could not have been More Disappointing.
